AUTOMATED LYOPHILIZED PRODUCT INSPECTION

The CIM inspects lyophilized product and cosmetic defects at a capacity of up to 24,000 ampoules or vials per hour using advanced CCD vision systems that take up to 24 images per second.

Crimp Inspection
High speed camera achieves accurate inspection and inspects crimp by measuring area, height, and width of light reflection. Presence of flip cap can also be inspected.

Stopper Inspection

Stopper Inspection
360 degree inspection detects cracks and adhesions of stopper.
