21 CFR PART 11 COMPLIANCE

EMIS(EISAI Machine Interface Software) is installed as machine control software. EMIS enables the machine to comply with 21 CFR Part 11 (FDA regulation for electronic signature and record).

INFEED SHUTTER

Product supply can be stopped by closing the infeed shutter without stopping the machine operation, reducing flase rejects dramtically.

PRODUCTION MODE

Touch Panel interface gives the operator quick access touseful information such as counters and machine settings.

RECIPE SELECTION SCREEN

By choosing a pre-registered recipe, machine can be automatically setup based on the parameters in the selected recipe.

ALARM SCREEN

Alarm messages and location of alarms are displayed. Time of alarm instances can also be observed.

SORTING SECTION

Rejects can be sorted into a maximum of 3 reject trays. Furthermore, the reject tray can be specified for each inspection category.
